The core business of Superconnexion has been FTTH since inception. In 2014 Mobily switched from serving customers directly with support from a high number of cabling companies, to establishing one exclusive partner for each region to perform the same work on their behalf. In the Western Region of KSA, switching the business through Superconnexion has proved a success story. Prior to Superconnexion, just 55% of the sold subscriptions could actually be activated. With Superconnexion, Mobily got to activate 90% of the sold subscriptions – after discounting technical impediments such as lack of good signal, or insufficient free lines available. The most of those activations (65%), is activated within the same day - while in the previous model 25% of the activations happened within 48 and 72 hrs, and the rest after more than three days. This is the result of Superconnexion revising and improving the delivery model, revising the processes to sell, install and activate the Service, and introducing tools to increase control and boost productivity.
